Bukulula Secondary School is located in Masaka district south west of Kampala the capital city of Uganda. The school lies at 104 km along the Kampala - Masaka highway and only 4 km from the Town of Lukaya. It is at Masaba trading center that one turns off on the right and follows Kalungu road half a kilometer from the highway. From Masaka towards Kampala, Masaba trading center is at 20 km, shortly after Mukoko trading center. In this case one turns off on the left and moves for ½ km along the Kalungu road.
The school lies on the gentle slopes of Bubaale hill,within the vicinity of Lake Victoria which provides her with a good site and conducive weather conditions for academic excellence.
Close to it are other established institutions such as Bukulula sub county Headquarters , Bukulula Health center and Bukulula Catholic Parish/mission.
